Reports – for LINK Scheme

LINK operates the UK’s network of 62,000 cash machines. The LINK Scheme connects card issuers and cash machine operators to enable card holders to access their cash. Its members consist of banks, building societies and independent ATM deployers.

We have worked with LINK since 2013 to produce both its annual Consumer Council Report (every year since) and two of its annual reports.

The Consumer Council is made up of LINK members and independent representatives, who provide advice on consumer issues relating to the UK cash machine network, including access to cash and ATM security.

We edit and design the annual report, which is now published online, and provide short animations for social media, such as these examples showing key statistics about financial inclusion; the effect of Covid-19 on cash usage; and a trial to withdraw cash at the till.

Artful Dog designed the 2018 and 2019 annual reports, and a special report on the impact of Covid-19 on cash, including sourcing images and creating all charts and infographics.
